Oh Mysore Palace!

Big and beautiful, Grand and Momentous

How your beauty never ceases to amaze me

Look even today how your pillars stand strong as if it was yesterday.

Oh Mysore Palace!

Ambas Villas is your name

Stronghold of the mighty Wodeyars of yore

Your name, still flourishing in lore

Your beauty, just like your grandeur still shows

Today, in all days when we need it most.

In a world of hate and malice,

The ingenuity of Irwin shows in the form of a palace.

We shall forevermore rejoice in your everlasting glory,

For we are citizens which rejoice in your story.
